The key tasks we’re aiming to get during this month are:

• A second round of interviews with stakeholders we’ve already met to get their feedback on the initial user requirements and satellite products we’ve developed, to help enhance these elements.
• Further interviews with new stakeholders to further enhance knowledge of sand mining in Kenya.
• Begin the Monitoring and Evaluation work to look at what the impacts would be of having a sustainable sand mining solution, and suitable ways to measure these impacts.
• Develop the first full case study of what information Earth Observation could provide to the sand mining community.
